29.11.2024 с 00.20 Полторак управлял ТС Škoda и двигался по ул. Коллонтай в состоянии опьянения.
Полторак вину признал, пояснил, что подвозил людей. После того, как всех доставил, выпил из некой бутылки напиток. Что за напиток, фигурант не знал.
Освидетельствование помогло: в бутылке был гамма-бутиролактон.
Мировой судья назначила наказание в виде штрафа в 30 000 рублей с лишением прав на 1.5 года.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
