Дзержинский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга вынес постановление об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Елены Калининой, подозреваемой в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ (https://www.group-telegram.com/jp/SPbGS.com/19861).
Калинина с подозрением не согласилась, у суда просила более мягкую меру.
