К 40 годам я так закурился что пробежав 50 метров чуть не выплюнул лёгкие, а ноги забились. Год я не курил, сейчас курю вейп но не заметил что как то влияет на дыхалку. А вот выкурив пачку сигарет, бегать не можешь пару дней.
