Департамент экологического надзора с 1 марта начал осуществлять круглосуточный контроль в целях предотвращения незаконной охоты. "В случае незаконной охоты нарушителей могут ждать различные наказания: конфискация добычи и охотничьего оружия, лишения права ношения охотничьего оружия, штраф и возмещение ущерба, причиненного окружающей среде. Если ущерб существенный, будет рассматриваться вопрос об уголовной ответственности", – предупреждает ведомство.
