Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
