Прокуратура Якутии санкционировала проведение доследственной проверки правоохранительными органами на предмет наличия в действиях должностных лиц (руководства) министерства спорта Якутии признаков преступлений по факту незаконного заключения без торгов двух государственных контрактов с компанией Триумф-76 на сумму более 63 миллионов рублей.
Ранее Минфин РС(Я) и УФАС Якутии, проверив указанные госконтракты, выявили целый букет нарушений закона при формировании цены, ее завышение, неэффективное расходование бюджетных средств, нарушения процедуры заключения госконтрактов, дополнительных соглашений к ним и нарушения законодательства о защите конкуренции.
