Начебто їх видають в рамках постачань в підрозділи логістики.

Якщо поодинокі фото можна було сприйняти за вкид, то наразі ніяких сумнівів не залишається.

I want a secure messaging app, should I use Telegram? Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
