Ушел из жизни член Союза кинематографистов России, второй режиссер Виктор Савкин (11.11.1939– 31.01.2025) 31 января 2025 года на 86-м году жизни не стало нашего друга и коллеги - члена Союза кинематографистов России, второго режиссера Савкина Виктора Ивановича.
С 1969 года работал вторым режиссером в Творческом объединении "Экран".
Работал над фильмами-спектаклями с Г. Товстоноговым, Ю. Соломиным и другими.
Приносим соболезнования родным и близким Виктора Ивановича.

Отпевание состоится во вторник, 4 февраля, в 13.00 в храме Живоначальной Троицы в Хорошеве (Карамышевская наб., 15/1).

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
