نشریهٔ فروغ برای سالِ پیشِ‌رو و چند شمارهٔ آینده، از دانشجویان دانشگاه شریف که تمایل به فعالیت در موارد زیر را -برای دوره‌ای میان‌مدت- دارند، دعوت به همکاری می‌کند: - مسئول تیم ویراستاری: فردی آشنا با قواعد پیشرفتهٔ ویراستاری یا متمایل به گذراندن دوره‌های ویراستاری در ماه‌های آینده برای مدیریت تیم ویراستاری نشریه(دورهٔ آموزشی ویراستاری توسط نشریه برگزار خواهد شد.)
- صفحه‌آرا: افراد با توانایی صفحه‌آرایی در سطح شمارهٔ هجدهم یا متمایل به گذراندن دوره‌های صفحه‌آرایی در ماه‌های آینده برای انجام صفحه‌آرایی چند شمارهٔ بعدی(دورهٔ آموزش صفحه‌آرایی توسط نشریه برگزار خواهد شد.)
- همکار تحریریه: افراد با سابقهٔ فعالیت در نشریات یا علاقمند به نویسندگی/تولید محتوا در موضوعات مرتبط با نشریهٔ فروغ

It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes.
