По поручению Губернатора принял участие в ежегодном форуме «Клиентоцентричность в государственном управлении 2024», который прошел на базе РАНХиГС в Москве.

На форуме состоялось подведение итогов реализации федерального проекта «Государство для людей» за 2024 год, в рамках которого прошли мероприятия по внедрению принципов клиентоцентричности,направленных на улучшение взаимодействия государственных органов и граждан.

Один из ключевых приоритетов проекта – к 2030 году обучить 100% сотрудников органов исполнительной власти принципам и стандартам клиентоцентричности.

Наша задача выявлять потребности граждан и выстраивать качественное и продуктивное взаимодействие для решения различных задач.
