И не кто-нибудь, а областной заказчик, который сам же их и выбирал победителями конкурсов на строительство и ремонт дорог. Отставание компаний от графика Дорожное агентство Липецкой области объяснило большим объемом ручных работ из-за нехватки квалифицированных кадров в связи с мобилизацией.
Удовлетворительную оценку получили компании, хорошо знакомые липчанам с плохой стороны. Это тамбовские ООО «Аркс7» и ЗАО «ДСУ-2», воронежское ООО «Дорожник» и местное ОГУП «Липецкдоравтоцентр». Проблемы у всех разные: суды в отношении якобы бенефициара Евгения Свиридова, штрафы за плохой ремонт на родной земле, регулярные критические обращения партийцев и недовольство жителей муниципалитетов.
Ну а результат один – ям и трещин, а значит, и ДТП на липецких дорогах меньше не становится.
