في مقتبل العمر كما نتألم إذا غادر أحد الصف، أو تنكّب معتقد السلف، وحق لنا ذلك، ولكن لم تزل الأيام ترينا من يغادر ويعوض الله بأفضل منه، ويهتدي من أهل الأهواء أكثر ممن يغادر، حتى ابتكر أحد المشايخ اسماً لتلك الظاهره فسماها (المراجعات والتراجعات)، فجعل هداية غير السني مراجعةً، وجعل ضلالة السني تراجعاً.
وطبيعة الأيام أنها تتقلب وتضغط على الناس على الناس تارة وتنفس تارة أخرى، يقول النبي ﷺ: «وتجيء فتنة يُرقِّق بعضها بعضًا، وتجيء الفتنة فيقول المؤمن: هذه مُهلكتي، ثم تنكشف، وتجيء الفتنة فيقول المؤمن: هذه هذه» رواه مسلم. ولكن من أبرز ما يمكن أن يلحظه المرء في المقتدى بهم من علماء أهل السنة في زمننا، أنهم قد لا يقولون كل الحق، لكنهم لا يعبثون بالتأصيل. وكم كان يقال (أين العلماء)، ولكنهم لم يخرجوا عن عقد أهل السنة قيد أنملة. وأما مَن كان دونهم من طلاب العلم فكانوا يجرأون على ما لا يقوله الشيوخ وفي كل مرة يعبثون بالتأصيل عند ضغط الأحداث.
الله يبتلي عباده أجمعين، ولم يجعل لأحد حصانة من الابتلاء، كل بحسبه، فقد قال ﷺ عن الفتن «من تَشَرَّف لها تستشرفه، ومن وجد منها ملجأً أو مَعاذًا فليَعذ به» متفق عليه.
