Тюменской области и Ямало-Ненецкому автономному округу одобрили две заявки на облигационные займы на строительство жилищно-коммунальной и социальной инфраструктуры. В Тюмени эти средства направят на строительству квартальной газовой котельной, наружных сетей водопровода, канализации и теплоснабжения под новый жилищный проект (в его рамках появится более 500 тыс. кв. м жилья). На Ямале займы используют при строительстве детского сада и школы в городе Салехарде.
В полпредстве сообщили, что в Уральском федеральном округе с использованием инструментов инфраструктурного меню уже реализуются четыре проекта: два в Челябинской области, по одному - в Тюменской области и в ЯНАО.
