Подробный календарь питания в Великий пост

3 марта у православных верующих начинается Великий пост, в 2025 году он продлится до 19 апреля включительно.

Не во все дни поста ограничения в питании одинаково строгие, в некоторые дни разрешены, например, рыба, морепродукты, масло, немного красного вина, а есть и такие дни, когда список разрешенных блюд ограничивается хлебом, овощами и сухофруктами. Подробнее о каждом из таких периодов в карточках.

Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
