🔻 قال الفقيه أبو عبد الله الحفَّار المالكي - رحمه الله - كما في كتاب "المعيار" (١/ ١١٢-١١٣):
«ليلة المولد لم يكن السَّلف الصالح وهُم أصحاب رسول الله ﷺ والتابعون لهم: يجتمعون فيها للعبادة، ولا يفعلون فيها زيادة على سائر ليالي السَّنة. والخير كله في اتِّباع السَّلف الصالح الذين اختارهم الله له، فما فعلوه فعلناه، وما تركوه تركناه. فإذا تقرَّر هذا: ظهر أنَّ الاجتماع في تلك الليلة ليس بمطلوب شرعًا، بل يُؤمر بتركه».اهـ

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month.
