#IPO_SPO Еще небольшой штрих к вопросу о pre-IPO Наш старый знакомый Hyper который после pre-IPO получил листинг на ОТС-секции Мосбиржи, но при этом на одном из эфиров в конце прошлого года говорил о том, что не торопится на IPO. Я тогда удивился и не очень это понял, а сегодня стало известно, что под тему электрозарядных станций решено подписать ВЭБ и АСИ. Вот всё и прояснилось) В целом это хороший пример того, как можно масштабировать бизнес между pre-IPO и IPO, но не у всех это получается, надо сказать. В любом случае оценка на самом IPO будет сильно выше, осталось только дотерпеть и не продать раньше)
