Сегодня выложу сразу комбо - завтрак обед и ужин.

ЗАВТРАК:
- овсянка с размятым бананом (я так делаю, чтобы добавить сладости и так она получается более нежной консистенции, а не отдельными хлопьями, ибо Тёма так не любит..), ядрами конопли.
- Размороженная вишня

ОБЕД:
- сваренная красная чечевица с оливковым маслом
- авокадо
- гречневый хлебец с хумусом
- кабачок
- свежий огурец

УЖИН:
- киноа с льняным маслом
- запечённые в духовке шампиньоны и морковь
- хумус

Потом ещё был почти целый гранат, любит его)
