Было много разных вопросов – личные, о мерах поддержки "целевиков" и молодых специалистов, о будущем нашего региона и проектах его развития. Но главное в другом. Все ребята твердо нацелены строить карьеру и реализовывать свой потенциал здесь, на родной земле. После 4-х дней участия в форуме у каждого из них есть четкое понимание того, как нужно строить свой дальнейший профессиональный путь. В этом молодым людям помогли эксперты и образовательная программа "Смолы".

Такие встречи всегда заряжают оптимизмом. Уверен, что каждый из участников форума будет работать на благо нашей области и обязательно добьется успеха в своем деле.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
