На крыше здания смонтированы системы кондиционирования, вентиляторы дымоудаления. На седьмом этаже подрядчик приступил к черновой отделке помещений. В подвале смонтирован узел учёта водоснабжения. По временной схеме от дизельной котельной подаётся тепло на 1-7 этажи.
Смонтированы стояки отопления с радиаторами. Ведётся подготовка к кладке парапета на надземном переходе. Начаты работы по армированию фундаментной плиты подземной стоянки.
