31 декабря инициативные группы по выдвижению кандидатами в Президенты Республики Абхазия Бадры Гунба и Адгура Ардзинба сдали документы для дальнейшего рассмотрения Центральной избирательной комиссией и последующей их регистрации.
Кандидат Бадра Гунба сдал экзамен на знание государственного абхазского языка.
Кандидаты в президенты Адгур Ардзинба и Шамиль Адзынба экзамен не сдавали.
Решением лингвистической комиссии они освобождены от сдачи экзамена в связи с тем, что ранее уже сдавали его во время избирательных кампании 2019 и 2020 годов.
Решение о регистрации либо об отказе в регистрации будет принято в течение 10 дней с момента сдачи документов.
