Армения не будет участвовать в мероприятиях ОДКБ в Астане 28 ноября. Об этом сообщил РИА Новости постпред России при ОДКБ Виктор Васильев.
В Астане 28 ноября запланированы совместное заседание Совета министров иностранных дел, Совета министров обороны и Комитета секретарей советов безопасности, а затем сессия Совета коллективной безопасности ОДКБ (саммит).
По словам Васильева, армянские коллеги отказались от персонального участия в этом мероприятии. Однако, они не возражают против принятия необходимых документов в так называемом ограниченном формате.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Investors took profits on Friday while they could ahead of the weekend, explained Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report Research. Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open.
