Последнее время, часто вспоминаю начало материнства
и конечно, как тревожная мать, я часто паниковала: то первая температура у ребёнка, то сон, то прикорм, то понос (жесть 🤪)
Помню, как приходилось искать информацию, успокаивать себя и кааак же много это отнимало времени.
Зато так круто сейчас, зашёл в чат-бот в Телеграм, записал голосовое и сразу получаешь ответы на все вопросы 🤩
Серьёзно, теперь я не сижу ночами в интернете (ну во всяком случае не по этому поводу 🤭), а быстренько спрашиваю в течении дня и возвращаюсь к своим делам. Возможно, кому-то тоже пригодится ( ссылка )

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
