По итогам 2024 года просрочки по ипотекам жителей Калининградской области стали меньше на 48%. Общая сумма задолженностей по кредитам на жилье в регионе составила 595 млн руб.
В начале прошлого года калининградцы должны были 1,153 млрд руб. по ипотеке. Всего по всем видам займов жители региона на 1 ноября 2024 года должны были почти 148,2 млрд руб. Доля просроченной ипотеки в этом портфеле на 1 декабря составляла 0,40%.
В целом россияне задолжали за ипотеку более 101 млрд рублей. Отмечается, что по сравнению с 2023 годом ситуация стала ухудшаться в 13 раз быстрее. Наибольшую долю в совокупном долговом портфеле накопили жители Москвы (16% или 16,6 млрд руб.) и области (10% или 10,4 млрд), Краснодарского края (7% или 7,3 млрд) и Санкт-Петербурга (5% или 4,9 млрд).
