В ходе состоявшейся церемонии торжественно вручены членские билеты четырем педагогам ГУО «Средняя школа №21 г. Витебска им. Героя Советского Союза В.А.Демидова».
По приглашению первичной организации «Белая Русь» учреждения образования вручили билеты и напутствовали единомышленников заместитель председателя Витебской областной организации Николай Романовский и председатель организации Железнодорожного района г. Витебска Виктор Карлов.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
