Дом №93 на Нежегольском шоссе попал под обстрел ещё в 2023 году. После этого в доме провели ремонтные работы, однако остались проблемы с протекающей крышей.
В ноябре 2024 года администрация Шебекинского округа отправила жильцам ответ, согласно которому в доме были проведены работы, о чём свидетельствует расписка от подрядчика.
Также в документе указано, что подрядчик обязан починить крышу «по мере освобождения кровельной бригады».
По словам дочери собственника дома, спустя четыре месяца после ответа от властей, к ним так никто и не приехал.
На жалобу ответил глава округа Андрей Гриднев, заявив, что чиновники из управления капитального строительства проведут проверку работ.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
