У меня было много депресивных эпизодов как их описывали люди в канале. Они вместе с паническими атаками появились у меня еще два года назад. Тогда этот «пузырь» был для меня избавлением от всех проблем, там я была в безопасности. Сейчас он стал моей клеткой, и в тоже время спасением от реальности. Мне страшно идти к психологу или психиатору, поэтому я набравшись смелости написала сюда.
