Digital Commander Ratings: Daily Reports via Army+

Military units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and National Guard will now submit daily reports on enemy losses through the Army+ app.

💬 “Army+ enables transparent assessment of enemy losses and commander effectiveness based on clear criteria,” the government announced.

Data, verified through the DELTA system, will be compiled into a unified "war dashboard," allowing for tracking unit performance, analyzing weapon efficiency, and optimizing supplies.

After successful testing, the project will be expanded to all units. Ukraine is setting new standards for military coordination! 🇺🇦
