Камень из Tune — очень важный рунический камень, датируемый примерно 200–450 гг. н. э. На нем изображены руны Старшего Футарка, а язык — протоскандинавский. Он был обнаружен в 1627 г. в стене церковного двора церкви в Тьюне, Эстфолл, Норвегия.

Надписи сделаны на 2 гранях. Частично надпись утрачена, кроме того не все нюансы протоскандинавского хорошо переводятся на современные языки.

Самая вероятная интерпретация гласит: "Я, Виваз в память о Водуридазе, дарителе хлеба, сотворил эти руны, посвящая ему камень. Три дочери сварили в честь него пиво, самые богорожденные из его наследников."
Однако тут как говорится, простор для мнений.

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
