По словам Хамитова, идея введения таких ограничений имеет много преимуществ, и полезную и нужную информацию ребенок может получить и из других источников – например, образовательных ресурсов и книг, а всему «информационному мусору», который может только навредить формирующейся психике, необходимо поставить мощный заслон.
