На днях состоялась наша горячая встреча с жителями по поводу собачьей площадки. Как оказалось, уголок для наших четвероногих друзей давно требует обновлений. Представьте себе: покрытие будто изрешечено, тренажёры такие скользкие, что собачки на них словно на катке, а через дыры в заборе небольшие породы могут спокойно убежать.
Рабочая группа уже в деле, первые обращения отправлены. Мы взялись за это серьёзно и намерены сделать пользование площадкой удобным и для собак, и для хозяев.
Спасибо всем, кто пришёл и поделился своими мыслями. Ваша активность - это двигатель перемен.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat.
