Ключевой вопрос - сколько они хотят за базы. Судя по заявлениям, что будут проведены еще консультации, идет торг о цене. И он пока не окончен. Разумеется, России нет резона сильно переплачивать за базы, но если цена будет приемлемой, то базы того стоят. Остается пожелать твердости нашим переговорщикам.
