Теперь даже при дарении собственному ребёнку придётся заплатить кругленькую сумму.
Для квартиры стоимостью от 4 млн.рублей федеральный тариф составит 20 тыс.рублей. Региональный будет отличаться в зависимости от субъекта РФ. Например в Московской области в следующем году он составит 8700 руб. Итого благодаря депутатам Панькиной, Авксентьевой и Синельщикову кошельки дарителей облегчатся на дополнительные 28700 рублей. Никаких поблажек многодетным, малообеспеченным и вообще кому-либо - всё в карман нотариусу. А ещё и новые пошлины за регистрацию, но те в бюджет и "всего" 4 тыс. рублей.
Итого на круг 32700 рублей.
