В Стройнадзоре рассказали, что к ним обратился житель 25-этажки на Взлетной, 7л. Мужчина обратил внимание, что тариф на содержание и текущий ремонт общего имущества как-то подозрительно вырос. Сотрудники инспекции начали проверку по этому обращению и подтвердили догадки внимательного жильца.
Выяснилось, что людям в период с января 2022 года по декабрь 2024 незаконно приплюсовывали в платежках лишние суммы. За это время набежало больше 340 тысяч рублей. После проверки деньги жителям вернули.
