О помощи попросил сын Анатолия Владимир. Он подошёл к корреспонденту Mash и добровольцам во время раздачи гуманитарки и рассказал о своём отце, зияющей дыре в потолке его квартиры и том, что старику уже здоровье не позволяет так долго жить в подвале. Естественно, наши ребята согласились помочь и отвезти Анатолия в Донецк, где его ждали сестра и племянники.
По дороге дедушка рассказал нам, что в Волновахе он жил и работал с юности. Вырастил двоих детей, которые подарили ему трёх внуков, а те — ещё трёх правнуков. В 2014 году он уезжал к родственникам в Днепропетровскую область, но решил вернуться домой. Оставшись буквально без крыши над головой, Анатолий не унывает. Благодарит всех за помощь и верит в то, что всё будет хорошо.
