Неприятно, конечно. Но на месте нашего МИДа, который должен быть суровым и великодержавным, я бы вызвал посла каждой этой страны для вручения им карты с обозначением их баз (и бункеров для первых лиц) и временем подлёта к ним других дальнобойных ракет, которые случайно будут запущены сомалийскими пиратами, хуситами, балтийскими пиратами.
