Накануне сильные лесные пожары в Турции подобрались к туристическому городу Кемер. Власти уже объявили массовую эвакуацию. В первую очередь спасатели начали вывозить в безопасные районы пациентов государственной больницы и жителей ближайших населенных пунктов. Но туристов, среди которых много россиян, пока не эвакуируют.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
