Понятно, что всему виной коронавирус. Депутаты все сделали правильно: не только же бизнесу нести потери. А это такая (вынужденная) солидарность от чиновников, которые регулярно получают зарплату из бюджета.

On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
