В Ачинском городском суде продолжается рассмотрение уголовного дела главы района Петра Хохлова.

Сегодня заслушивают пожарно-технического эксперта. Сторона защиты интересуется, почему он пришёл к выводу, что пожар начался именно со свалки - ведь загореться могла и сухая трава, расположенная в районе свалки. Эксперт этого не исключил.

Напомним, одно из обвинений, предъявленных Петру Хохлову - халатность: по мнению следствия, он не предпринял мер по ликвидации несанкционированной свалки.

Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
