Арбитражным судом Челябинской области было постановлено выплатить часть суммы — около 8,5 миллиона рублей, но подрядчик остался недоволен этим и подал апелляцию в восемнадцатый арбитражный апелляционный суд. Там законность начисленного штрафа оспорить не удалось, предыдущее постановление суда оставили в силе.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips.
