Напомню, его задержали ещё в апреле и избрали меру пресечения в виде запрета определенных действий до 28 мая. После чего несколько раз продлили ее действие.
Обвиняется Рыжков в том, что кинул дольщиков ЖК «Светлый мир «Сказочный лес».
Также недавно вПитере был задержан генеральный директор Seven Suns Development Михаил Шамин.
