Из нового негатива добавился только Байден с его ограничениями на экспорт технологий Nvidia в сфере ИИ. Однако в эту сессию росли, наконец, небольшие (по меркам S&P 500) компании. Они и вытянули всех в плюс при том, что большая часть Mag-7 красные.
