Под старой советской стеной с облупившейся краской, пропитанный болью, изношен годами под лживой радушности маской. Сидел на ступенях и плакал от боли один. Всегда говорили ему лишь о том, что он нелюбим. Один он, как перст, ни друзей, ни прдруг. Судьба так жестока крутилась, как замкнутый круг.
О, сколько страданий на доле твоей? О сколько же слёзных морей? Не описать на словах все болезни, невзгоды, страданья. Не описать ни одним языком все мученья, терзанья.
Все говорили ему, верь в добро, позитив. Но это всё только лишь миф. Не будет всё гладко лишь верой одной. Всё это развалится, облачный замок пустой. Мечтами в хорошее выстлан путь боли на век. И тот, кто тебе клянётся в обратном, тот лжив человек. И только труды и старанья облегчат твой путь.
Лишь в том заключается веры суть. А без борьбы и без боя считай, ты пропал. Ну же, быстро поднялся, утёр слёзы, с лестницы встал!

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
