Особенно если в пространстве между местными аэропортом и ЖД вокзалом есть: выставочный центр, бизнес-центр и отель, конференц-залы. Имеются свободные энергомощности, приличная связь, включая мобильную и нет угольной генерации.

Довольно много городов и их пригородов потенциального роста, который вполне себе можно раскрыть!

Это же относится и к аналогичным аэро-районам сопредельных стран.
