Министр дорожного хозяйства и транспорта Челябинской области отправлен в СИЗО по делу о растрате в особо крупном размере

Постановлением Мещанского районного суда города Москвы удовлетворено ходатайство органов предварительного расследования об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Нечаева Алексея Сергеевича, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 4 ст. 160 УК РФ, на срок 01 месяц 22 суток.

Суд отказал в удовлетворении ходатайства стороны защиты - адвокатов Нечаева А.С. об избрании иной, более мягкой меры пресечения, не связанной с заключением под стражу.

Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
