Как можно за столько дней не организовать профессиональную очистку моря, берега? Почему простые люди, задыхаясь от паров, не имея спецсредств, сами вынуждены спасать природу, животных?

Даже мне в комментариях люди пишут, что не хватает техники, специалистов, нужна срочно помощь из Москвы.
