Инцидент произошел утром 21 ноября в Ванинском районе Хабаровского края. На 227 км второго пикета железнодорожной станции Дакка грузовой поезд врезался в ремонтную машину Впо-295, стоявшую на зарядке.
В итоге она полностью разбита, локомотив тоже пострадал. Из людей никто не пострадал. Размер ущерба и обстоятельства происшествия устанавливаются.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
