Заседание провел заместитель председателя Совбеза России Дмитрий Медведев. В своем выступлении он отметил, что в 2024 году была выполнена задача по набору контрактников в армию России. Так, контракт о прохождении военной службы заключили около 450 тысяч человек, более 40 тысяч вступили в добровольческие формирования. По его словам, задача, которая была поставлена Президентом страны в прошлом году, исполнена.
