Семья мобилизованного из Башкирии Виталия М., позывной "Малой", почти потеряла надежду увидеть его живым, как вдруг его узнали на завирусившемся в Сети фото.
Два месяца назад "Малой" с товарищем отправился на задание по вывозу раненого с передовой позиции. Их транспорт был подбит, товарищ убит, вдобавок всушники контратаковали и Виталий оказался у них в тылу.
Бойцу пришлось ползти к своим по ночам, остерегаясь дронов противника, временами прячась по несколько дней в развалинах. На это у него ушло почти 50 суток. Последние несколько суток он полз по болоту и обморозил ноги.
За это время "Малого" признали пропавшим без вести. Теперь родные, после госпиталя, ждут его домой на побывку.
