1: 30.10.2024 был нанесен удар по месту расположения одного из подразделений 104-го десантно-штурмового полка 76 дшд ВДВ РФ (в/ч 32515, Псковская область), в районе н.п. Скадовск, Херсонской области.
Удар нанесен двумя ракетами.
Вследствие удара, потери полка составили: 200 – 11 военнослужащих; 300 – 14 военнослужащих.
2: 01.11.2024, около 05:00, был нанесен удар по расчёту ЗРК С-300/400 в районе н.п. Моспино, Донецкой области.
Удар нанесен с применением 6 баллистических ракет «ATACMS» (3 было сбито).
Вследствие удара: 200 – 2 военнослужащих; 300 – 12 военнослужащих; Информация относительно поражения техники уточняется.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
