❗️Госавтоинспекция района имени Лазо предупреждает автомобилистов об опасности катания пассажиров на привязанных к машинам тюбингах, «ватрушках» и санках.🛷 Такие опасные развлечения запрещены правилами дорожного движения (ПДД). Наказание за это нарушение понесут как водители, так и те, кто катается. ❗️Если катающийся окажется на проезжей части, то его действия будут квалифицированы как нарушение ПДД и и он понесёт административну ответственность согласно ч. 2 ст. 12.29 КоАП России (нарушение ПДД лицом, участвующим в процессе дорожного движения). ❗️Водитель наказание будет привлечён к административнойответственности по ч. 2 ст. 12.23 КоАП (перевозка людей вне кабины автомобиля). ❗️Особенно важно, что за действия, которые приведут к гибели человека, водителю грозит уголовная ответственность❗️

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use.
